You say ‘yes’ because it’s expected, and don’t complain because, well, on paper, your life ‘should’ be good. But you’re sacrificing what you really want out of life. And it hurts.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Since I found coaching, my life has utterly transformed. There’s very little stress now. Everything feels easy; there’s no resistance. It’s easy for me to flow with life. I accept things as they happen without self-judgement. I feel fulfilled and, quite frankly, unstoppable.

One of the few certified mental fitness coaches in the UK and the founder of Reaching My Best. My passion is guiding and empowering women to overcome their personal and professional obstacles so they can reach the best version of themselves.
With a professional background spanning over 25 years in the telecoms sector, tech digital startups and interior design, I offer a unique perspective to your coaching journey.
Over the last few years, I’ve helped transform countless lives.
Starting at an individual level, if one person at a time can be happier and more fulfilled in their own lives and more aware of how they respond to things, then there will be less conflict in the world. This ripple effect will reach families, workplaces, and more. Everyone deserves to feel fulfilled, happy and loved.

Claire made me feel really comfortable very quickly, the way she listened and responded felt non-judgmental but I still trusted that she would ask challenging questions where necessary. She was able to push me to think for myself and reach my own conclusions. This was really useful as a confidence boost for me to show me that I was able to, with some guidance, reach solutions.
I feel more positive and confident in my day job. In my personal life, I’ve been able to step back a bit and get out of my head about things, using a similar approach of questioning what it actually is that’s making me feel a certain emotion in a moment, and what I can do about that.
